Refund Policy

1. Donations and Refunds

  • All donations made to Olive Foundation India are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be issued only in cases of accidental duplicate transactions or incorrect donation amounts, subject to verification.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please send a written request with transaction details, including:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the donation
  • Date and amount of donation
  • Reason for the refund request

Send your request to info@olivefoundationindia.org. We will process requests within 10 business days.

3. Payment Gateway and Processing Fees

Refunds, if approved, will be issued through the original payment method. Any processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
